Is the house of cards about to collapse?
A team led by Judge Pascal Najadi has served an emergency injunction and tribunal order to the WHO and many other worldwide criminal defendants to immediately cease and desist a criminal conspiracy to commit war crimes, genocide, crimes against humanity.
The claimants are using the jurisdiction of Common Law, Natural Law and Treaty Law, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other civic laws and indigenous standards laws. The law of the land has enabled the team to also serve all Constitutional Law enforcement officers worldwide, starting from Interpol, in each of the 194 member nations ordering these governmental agencies to carry out their duties to arrest and incarcerate these criminal co-defendants involved in the unlawful and Genocidal acts in connection with the WHO Pandemic preparedness response and changes to the international health regulations. These co-defendants include UK perpetrators, King Charles III, Boris Johnson and Matt Hancock.
Writs of Mandamus
This order is under “Writs of Mandamus” a lawful term which refers to an order by a court to a lesser government official to perform an act required by law, which he has refused or neglected to do.” This type of court order is a remedy that may be sought if a governmental agency, public authority, or corporation in service of the government, fails or refuses to do its public or statutory duty.” This has been ordered by the Tribunal Under Articles 6 (Genocide) and 7 (Crimes Against Humanity) of the International Criminal Code.
Criminal Complaint
The order was served on the 23rd of February 2023 and has stemmed from a complaint made to police in Switzerland in December of 2022 from Pascal Najadi, who was an international investment banker and a director of the Dresdner Bank Group, London. Najadi instructed his lawyer to file a criminal charge against Swiss president Alain Berset, who was then minister of health accusing him of making false statements surrounding the effectiveness of C19 vaccines. Evidence was Ignored
Najadi had complained that evidence was found that both the vaccinated and unvaccinated can spread the disease and had been published on 3rd August 2021 in a study led by Virginie Masserey, head of infection control and vaccines at the Federal Office for Public Health (FOPH).
Despite these findings, President Berset continued to tout the benefit of the vaccine and on October 2nd, 2021,he publicly announced that the reason for Switzerland’s relatively low vaccination rate against Covid 19 is still unclear, but that if more people don’t get vaccinated “we won’t be able to end this crisis”.
Even three months evidence had shown the vaccine’s inefficacy (27th October 2021), Berset claimed on Swiss television, “with the certificate, you can show that you are not contagious” and even held a referendum a month later to extend the Covid certificate requirement.
The charges filed with criminal prosecutors of Switzerland vs. Alain Berset’ who as head of the Department of Home Affairs and responsible for the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) stands accused of abusing his office under Article 312 of the Swiss Criminal Code.
Crime Against Humanity
Additionally, according to Najadi who is one of the many vaccine-injured and has family who were also vaccinated, those receiving vaccines and subject to vaccine mandates and contracts were not given informed consent and first amendment rights. In an interview with Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, Najadi said, “the nano-lipids (the envelope of the mRNA) is classified as toxic” he asked “so how can you inject humans with this substance that was declared as safe, effective and tested?” and stated “This is a crime against humanity” and Najadi’s lawyers have also sent a letter to Pfizer’s law firm, Davis Polk in New York which is one of the largest in America, accusing Pfizer of violating state and federal laws (source).

As of March 2023 the whole world can be optimistic that justice will prevail, as Pascal Najadi has escalated his complaint in Switzerland to a worldwide case at the Supreme Court level due to his brave stance against the perpetrators of crimes against humanity of which there are many!
