Consultant cardiologist Aseem Malhotra has penned a two-part review which has led to him calling for the suspension of the COVID vaccine until complete data is available from the pharmaceutical company Pfizer.

The Cides believes that although this is a welcome call, Dr Malhotra has spent years of his career revealing the corruption within the medical system, including, the vested interests, the bias, and doctor and patient misinformation. Malhotra’s platform could have enabled him to inform and possibly prevent the coercion of many of the millions of individuals who have already taken that vaccine.

One of the UK’s most eminent consultant cardiologists, Dr Aseem Malhotra, has called for the suspension of all COVID-19 mRNA vaccines until serious side effects are fully investigated. In a two-part research paper entitled “Curing the pandemic of misinformation on COVID-19 mRNA vaccines through real evidence-based medicine” Malhotra argues that the unprecedented rollout of an emergency use authorisation vaccine without access to the raw data.

In his two-part review of the impact of the rollout of the mRNA vaccination programme Malhotra highlights that:

There are concerns with the overstated benefits of vaccination, particularly in low-risk populations and under-reporting of adverse events.
Public information and consent to vaccination have not been balanced, neglecting the discussion of the individual risk versus benefit of having the vaccine.
The lack of quality evidence from vaccine producers and lack of openness from the pharmaceutical industry risk long-lasting damage to confidence in public health interventions.

The cardiologist argues that coercive vaccine mandates based on biased and short trials with unpublished raw data are the culmination of the unchecked power of the pharmaceutical industry to the exclusion of effective lifestyle-factor risk reduction. This has been ignored by media and politicians alike and Dr Malhotra explains that this is due to the regulatory capture by pharmaceutical corporations and their immense financial power. Politicians and media are influenced to promote products at the expense of scientific scrutiny and unfettered access to research on which decisions of immense impact are made, he says.

Nothing New for Dr Malhotra

The fact that Doctor Malhotra has spoken out and made the call for suspension, should come as no surprise at all as he has long known about the “bias and conflicts of interest” in the medical-industrial complex with the well-documented adverse outcomes for patients from over-medicalisation and prescription drugs. Malhotra has said recently “looking to the future, the medical and public health professionals must recognise the failings and eschew the tainted dollar of the medical-industrial complex” and that it will take a lot of time and effort to rebuild trust in these institutions.” However, Dr Malhotra had lost trust in the institution years ago which has been evident in his consistent attempts to bring the corruption within our health service to light.

What is far more surprising though is that it has taken almost two years after the commencement of the vaccine rollout for him to use his prior knowledge and make this call.

Evidence-Based Medicine Has Been Hijacked

At least as far back as 2017 Dr Malhotra has called out the health system’s failings, which can be seen from one of his speeches at a Public Health Collaboration (PHC) conference, He revealed that the health system had “become so corrupted by vested interests” that “honest doctors could no longer practice honest medicine.”

Consistent in his campaign against medical corruption, once again in 2019 at another PHC conference, Dr Malhotra conducted a presentation entitled “Evidence-Based Medicine Has Been Hijacked”. This time he argued that the reason we had a healthcare crisis is that we have an “epidemic of misinformed doctors and misinformed patients.” He made a list of what he had found to be the root causes of this which can be seen above taken from a slide entitled “Efficient Health Care Requires Informed Doctors and Patients: Seven Sins that contribute to Lack of Knowledge”.

Regulatory Capture

The list produced in 2019 would be equally relevant from 2020 onwards, and recently Malhotra has reiterated his concerns that the medical misinformation and bias have caused saying “the tip of a mortality iceberg where prescribed medications are estimated to be the third most common cause of death globally after heart disease and cancer.”

According to Malhotra, the underlying cause of this is that aforementioned “regulatory capture” where guardians that are supposed to protect the public are in fact “funded by the very corporations that stand to gain from the sale of medications.” He also believes that the principles of informed consent have been undermined, and vaccinated individuals have “never been fully informed” which is an ethical and legal requirement.

Although he is questioning the authorities and sections of the medical profession who supported unethical, coercive and misinformed policies such as vaccine mandates and vaccine passports surprisingly Malhotra himself was one of the first to have received two doses of the COVID vaccine. Even worse, he went so far as to promote the benefits of the still-in-experimental stages vaccine, on the UK television programme Good Morning Britain and advised Indian film director Gurinder Chadha to get the vaccine. Chadha did so shortly after, how many others did on the back of the trusted doctor’s advice, we do not know.

The change in Dr Malhotra’s opinion did not appear to be because of past knowledge but due to Malhotra digging into vaccine data after his father, Dr Kailash Chand, who was a former GP and deputy chair of the British Medical Association, sadly suffered a cardiac arrest at home and died.

This occurred approximately six months after he received the Pfizer vaccine. Malhotra describes his father as having been a fit person who had no significant heart problems, but his post-mortem showed two of his major arteries were severely blocked.

Malhotra began reading about post-vaccination issues, including a study abstract in the journal Circulation that identified a higher risk of a heart attack following vaccination with the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines and a study from Nordic countries that identified a higher risk of myocarditis and has come to believe that his father’s death was linked to the vaccine. This has led to Dr Malhotra’s changed view Malhotra seems to excuse the tardiness of the call, by saying, “Since the rollout of the vaccine the evidence of its effectiveness and true rates of adverse events has changed and “Pharmacovigilance systems and real-world safety data, coupled with plausible mechanisms of harm, are deeply concerning, especially in relation to cardiovascular safety.” In addition to this he believes that the “evidence of the vaccines effectiveness and true rates of adverse events has changed since the vaccine rollout” which appears to be driving his need for raw data along with his statement that “there is a strong scientific, ethical and moral case to be made that the current Covid vaccine administration must stop until all the raw data has been subjected to fully independent scrutiny.”

Too Many Adverse Events

While of course, this is true, we have known for over a year that the vaccine was not safe when observing the ever-increasing rise in reported adverse events in the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency’s (MHRA) Yellow Card scheme. By September 2021, only nine months following the start of the vaccine rollout 1,135,579 adverse events, and 1,559 deaths had been reported to have been caused by the experimental pharma products in the UK alone.

The U.S. equivalent of the Yellow Card Scheme is VAERS, they note that the total number of deaths associated with the COVID-19 vaccines is three times greater than the number of deaths associated with all other vaccines combined since the year 1990. These figures which we are told by the schemes are underreported with only 2-4% of all adverse reactions and 10% of serious reactions reported, were more than enough to call for the suspension of the experiment.

The Calls for Data

Only four days after the Pfizer vaccine was approved for ages 16+, in August 2021, a group of doctors the Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, submitted a Freedom of Information Act Request to the FDA for all of the data within Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine biological product file. The same group of doctors and scientists sued the FDA for not releasing the data.

Surely alarm bells went off when the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) (who is believed to receive the rawest data) offered to release 500 pages a month which would take decades to complete? It should have also evoked some sense of suspicion when the FDA argued in court that publicly releasing data was slow owing to the need to “first redact sensitive information” (source).

In other words, they had no intention to offer real transparency at all, which again, knowing of the vested interests within the medical system should have come as no surprise.

We Wanted Raw Data, Like, Yesterday!

Nor should it have come as a surprise that Pfizer’s covid vaccine trial was not only funded by the company, but also designed, run, analysed, and authored by Pfizer employees and they and their contract research organisations that carried out the trial hold all the data, according to Peter Doshi, editor of the British Medical Journal (source). Doshi, also called for raw data to be released in a publication dated January 2022 and entitled “Data should be fully and immediately available for public scrutiny.”

But even this came too late for many, the data should have been demanded prior to the vaccine rollout and certainly when the pharmacovigilance from Pfizer went public.

The Pfizer Pharmacovigilance

In the first batch of documents that Pfizer was made to release it could be seen in just one document Cumulative Analysis of Post-Authorization Adverse Event Records Reports, that there had been tens of thousands of adverse reactions and over 1200 deaths from the Pfizer jab between December 1st. 2020 – February 28th, 2021, that is, the 90 days after the Food and Drug Administration deemed it safe and allowed an Emergency Use Authorisation of the product.

Cardiovascular Safety

There were multiple reports of myocarditis, since the number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 increased ( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) and 7,465 adverse events were reported in VAERS citing myocarditis by 23 Oct 2021.

There have also been autopsies that determined the cause of death was post-Covid Vaccine atrial myocarditis here is one study following the autopsy of a 22-year-old man. In fact, it has been reported several times that young males are more at risk of myocarditis following the vaccine and Dr Malone, cites one titled “Epidemiology of Acute Myocarditis/Pericarditis in Hong Kong Adolescents Following Comirnaty Vaccination” which demonstrated that approximately 1 in 2,700 incidences occurred in boys. Malone also shares many more peer-reviewed references showing adverse events of these vaccines.

Too Little Too Late

Indeed, there has been so much more evidence over these last few months but there was also damning evidence within the first few weeks and months following the vaccine rollout for anyone who cared to see it. The numbers may have increased now, but there is nothing in Dr Aseem Malhotra’s reasoning behind making the call for the suspension of the vaccine that we did not know before. he is now beating the drum that we “anti-vaxxers” have been since the first mention of the experimental mRNA vaccine and the unethical mandates and would have assumed Dr Malhotra would have been a conductor.

That said, many doctors and scientists were prepared to put their heads above the parapet and many other individuals, even if it meant they lost their jobs, friends, and family, and risked being ridiculed and ostracised due to their warning others of the dangers of the experiment. Funnily enough, they were often met with the quick put-down quip of “where did you get your medical degree”? and “I’d rather believe the doctors” Unfortunately, many of them remained silent.

However, contrary to how this piece has sounded, we are all very grateful for the good doctor for taking a stand and encouraging other doctors to do so too, but can’t help but think that It would have been beneficial for the entire population if Dr Aseem, who has never been backward in coming forward, had used his previous knowledge, research and campaigns prior to 53,832,410 individuals decided to play Russian Roulette with the Pharma products. Also at this late stage, it seems clear to the rest of us “anti-vaxxers” that there has been enough proof that the mRNA jab is dangerous, and we need its administration, stopped and binned, not paused, it’s time to stop pussy footing around now.
